RPA v.4.0.6 is released.

RPA v.4.0.6 is a minor update.

This release includes the following changes:

• Added support for specifying the initial temperature of the film coolant.
• Added functionality to estimate the impact of the film coolant on chamber performance.
• Fixed a minor issue affecting legend not being display in diagrams.
• Fixed a minor issue related to generating diagrams without a transparent background.
